Experience

Mr. Panushka is a senior project architect/manager and has documented and administered the design and construction of many health care projects.  His responsibilities include verification of existing field conditions, preparation of all construction documents, coordination of the consultant team, direction of the permitting and bidding processes, and construction administration services.  He is very familiar with local and State of California permitting processes for health care facilities, having successfully permitted numerous projects, and has established relationships with OSHPD staff both in Sacramento and at the local level.
