Experience

President and senior principal of the firm, Mr. Rasmussen has managed and designed projects of all types in Ventura County over the past thirty years. He has provided land use planning, master planning, and project design services to governmental, institutional, commercial, and residential clients throughout Southern California. He is personally involved in the planning and design of all the firm's work. His knowledge of local permit procedures and the individuals who administer them offers our clients significant advantages in timely approval of quality projects.
